Zoom Help

All Zoom classes will now have the authentication feature ON.  This means that students have to log in to be able to join the meeting. If your student receives the “Internal Meeting” error, it means that they are not properly logged into Zoom.  They should stop, log out of all Zoom meetings/apps/windows and do the following:

1.  Log into Clever at if not logged in already. It is important that the student be logged into Clever using the student account and not the parent account.

2.  Click on the Zoom tile and click “Sign In”.

3.  Enter their email and password to log in.

4.  Click the URL or enter the meeting id and passcode to enter the meeting.

Some students have been getting kicked out Zoom meetings especially as they move into breakout rooms. If this happens, try the following:
  • Clear the browser cache and cookies:
  • Check Chromebook is on the latest district-supported version of Chrome OS.
  • Go to the URL chrome://help to see which version of Chrome OS is on your Chromebook and click the "Update" button if it's available.
If you've tried all the above and are still running into issues, try a hard reset on your Chromebook:
  • Turn off your Chromebook. You'll know it's off if you don't see the light on the power button.
  • Press and hold Refresh button (looks like an almost closed circle with an arrow on one end) + tap Power button.
  • When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh button.

Tech Tip!
You can easily split screen on chromebooks by pressing alt+[ or ] at the same time. The bracket that you hit is the side of the screen your current screen will appear on. This should really help kids as they zoom and do activities at the same time!
