Printable Stage Crew FAQ here

General information:

  • Directors: Mitch Zimberg and Kristen Bero are the Stage Crew Directors for this year’s production. We are pleased to offer an updated program this year based on the knowledge and feedback that we gained from last year’s production. Feel free to contact Mitch directly with any questions related to the stage crew or back stage operations at 425-941-3599 or mitchellzimberg@outlook.com.
  • Participation limits: The Stage Crew team is limited to 12 kids total and is only available to 4th and 5th
  • Time commitment: For most of the Stage Crew roles, the program is a relatively short time commitment with most activities scheduled for the last 2 weeks of rehearsals (starting the week of March 9) plus the three (3) performances (March 21 and 22). During these rehearsals, the Stage Crew team will meet 1-3 days a week, depending upon the individual kid’s assignment, availability, and preferences. There will also be 2-4 dates in February where stage crew can help with sets or costume production.
  • Applying for a Stage Crew position: Stage Crew members are required to write a letter of interest for their desired role. All applicants will be given a role, but which role they are given is dependent on their letter of interest. Stage Crew members will need to demonstrate to the Stage Crew Director that they are dedicated and have a strong desire to learn what is necessary to perform in their preferred role. Stage Crew members that do not demonstrate the level of commitment and ability that is required for a given role may be reassigned to another role.
  • Fee: The fee for Stage Crew is $20 and includes a promo poster and a T-shirt.
